Thanks to all those who replied to my earlier posting. I think that I did not clarify myself properly, or may be the question was wrongly put. Let me rephrase my question. We have Novell 3.1, and we are going to get a MAC NLM soon, with the upgraded version 3.11. So we would be able to log on to the network allright. Currently, we are able to log on (from MAC to Novell), but the procedure is too cumbersome, and complicated for other users, in that, we have to go to the "Chooser" option repeatedly, and select appropriate protocols, and so on. Instead, if we log-on to the Novell N/W directly, it is very simple, in that all we have to do is to enter the login name and the password. So finally, the question is, once we get the MAC NLM (V3.11), will it be simple for us to log into the network, i.e., just enter the id-name and the password??? If not, is there a utility that will make the login procedure simple for us?? If there is, is it free?? If it is, where can we get it from??
