We are trying to move to Apple printer drivers 6.1. These are the new true-type printer drivers for the Mac. The nice thing is that they are System 7.0 compatible. Therefore we won't have printer wars after everybody is at least to 6.1. However, we have discovered that everyone must print twice when printing to Attila from the Novell queue. I would surmise that the novell printer drivers are resetting the printer on the first print job and actually printing the document the second time. This affects the Macs using printer drivers 6.1 as well. The next time a Mac user prints after the Novell queue has printed, the mac user must reinitialize the printer yet again. We are printing to a LaserWriter IINTX. Our server is a Memorex-Telex 7065-20 (386) running Netware 2.15 rev C with Mac VAP's 2.0. The printer wars continue...
