Hello, I am acting as a Novell network manager for lack of a better person,
and am having problems getting Lotus 1-2-3 release 3 to print reliably to
our network printers. Both graphics and text are having problems. Sometimes,
everything runs smoothly, other times nothing at all is printed.
Other symptoms: partial printing of columns; sometimes, it will never
'finish' printing, when you want to quit -- 'not finished, not finished...';
1. Has anyone else had this problem, and what would advice would you offer?
2. Is this a Novell problem, or a Lotus problem -- i.e., whom should I
contact for tech support if there is not an easy solution to this?
3. Is there an easy solution to this?
