COuld someone please send me the phone and fax numbers of a reputable bookstore in the states that would have a copy of Netware Programming by whoever it was, and will take orders over the phone for payment by visa card. I have M&T books 800 number, but unfortunately we here in NZ can't get US 800 numbers, so its a waste of time.
