I just got my upgrade to 3.11 today and as part of my preparation to upgrade I plan to use this new utility to upgrade user shells before I upgrade the server. Novell documentation says the 386 utilities work under 286 v2.12 and above. I tried it on my own station and it does work but it seems to take a long time, 5 minutes or more. During this time there is no sign of activity for the first 2 or 3 minutes. Is this normal? If not does anyone have any ideas - suggestions to fix? Thanks in advance.
