Help!!! I currently have an intermittent network problem, where the message "retry abort etc." from Novell appears on users PC screens. This appears to me to be some kind of a timing problem. It only occurs when the users have not actively been using their computer for over 15-30 minutes. I have checked all the cabling in my network with a TDR and all cables are within spec but some are close to the length edge. My current network configuration consists of 3 repeaters in a thinnet network. There are 3 file servers with 2 at the 2.10 OS level and one at the 2.15 OS level. The problems seemed to start after I installed the 3rd file server with the 2.15 OS. I also have TCP/IP and XNS on the same cable but this was all working fine before the 3rd file server installation. I do have the 2.2 OS release from Novell and will be installing this on all file servers, but I would like to fix this problem first. Any help would be greatly appreciated as my hairline has been receding at a faster pace than normal. Thanks Douglas C. Estes
