[comp.sys.novell] Secure.com

will@ogre (William Sadler) (06/18/91)

Did anyone see yesterday's InfoWorld? Cringely on pg. 110 mentions
that there is a program floating around called secure.com that can
open up the bindery on 386 servers and let someone change the supervisor
password. Hmmm.... maybe I should hold off on that upgrade.

This is reported every so often (or some program claiming to do the
same thing). I wouldn't hold off on an upgrade due to obscure possible
security holes (that in the past have turned out not to exist).
