[comp.sys.novell] Looking for SHGEN version 3.01D

I need to get a copy of SHGEN version 3.01D.  Version 3.01B
came with NetWare 386 version 3.1, but I'm told that there was
and update released.  Anybody out there have an FTP site that
might hold this?
