I have read the paper entitled "Customer Equipment, the Key to Further ISDN Spread", Seiichi Ohmoto, Sadayoshi Ishikawa, Takuo Kashiwamura and Koichiro Ishikawa, NTT Review Vol.2 No. 4, pp.52-61, July 1990. The authors mentioned about a multipoint video conferencing system using INS-Net 64 or 1500 service (B or 23B/24B channels). Does anyone know further details about their conferencing system, especially their Multipoint video conference control equipment (MVCE) and its relation to CCITT Study Group XV ?
