CALL FOR PAPERS ================================================= The Eighth TRON Project Symposium (International) ================================================= November 1991 Tokyo, Japan The TRON Association is pleased to announce the Eighth TRON Project Symposium (International) to be held in November 21-22 and 26-27, 1991, in Tokyo. As in past years, the event will feature tutorial sessions (Nov. 21-22) and presentation of papers (Nov. 26-27). For those interested in submitting papers to the symposium, details are given below. TOPICS ------ Paper may be submitted on any TRON-related field, and should present the results of new research or development. ITRON BTRON CTRON MTRON TRON-specification VLSI CPU Intelligent Objects TRON-concept Intelligent House TRON-concept Intelligent Building TRON-concept Intelligent Automobile TRON and Multimedia TRON and Consumer Electronics FORM ---- Paper presented at the symposium should be fill papers, in English, of between 4,000 and 12,000 words. The content should deal with research and development, and avoid commercial product PR. SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS AND FULL PAPERS ------------------------------------ Those wishing to submit papers should first send an abstract. Send by June 21 (Friday), along with the title (provisional), author's name, contact address, telephone number, and FAX number. You will then be sent instructions for submissions of full papers, of which five copies are to be submitted by July 15 (Monday). Notice as to whether the paper has been accepted for presentation will be sent by August 28 (Wednesday). CAMERA-READY COPY ----------------- For papers that are accepted for presentation, camera-ready copy for publication is to be submitted by September 13 (Friday), along with a floppy disk containing the file.
