[ut.nets.reports] NS.NF packet loss

19-Nov 16:18 UTC The line between Halifax and St.John's is
                 now performing with no packet loss. Unitel
                 found a clocking problem with the DSU at 
                 the Halifax site and repaired it at 
                 15:20 UTC.
