17-Nov 17:50 UTC. The Newfoundland CA*net node is reachable. UNITEL had tested and fixed the line problem but was unsuccessful. A reboot of the psp at Newfoundland was done in an attempt to resolve the problem. Sam Pun, Network Operations Centre.
