30-Nov. 1990 2:00 UTC. The link from Montreal to Halifax is still making errors in the Montreal->Halifax direction, at an increasing rate. Insinc has been asked to request that Unitel look into this. The circuit may go down for testing shortly. Sam Pun, Network Operations Centre
