has been lost due to Toronto-Cornell link prob;em.
Lichtel service has been requested.

2-Dec-90 09:52 UTC. Connectivity to Ca*net to NSFnet connection at Toronto
has been restored. The link was down, due to testing by
Lightel. We were not notified of the scheduled PM by
Lightel. However Lightel has apologized for any inconve-
nience this interruption may have caused.
