27-Nov 21:27 UTC. Epsp-us.on connectivity to NSFnet was unreachable
from 21:27-21:45 due to noise on the line. Lightel
service was requested. Ontario DSU was power cycled
to resolve the problem.

06:53 UTC. Lightel service was requested and they found
no problem. The main router at Ithaca crashed and IBM
service has been requested.
