[ut.nets.reports] Proteon memory upgrades 12/16/90

12/16/90		We will be upgrading the cpu memory in sura-M
			(192.80.214.1, 128.167.1.1), sura-N (128.167.1.2),
8:00-9:00am		sura-O (192.80.214.3, 128.167.1.3), and sura-Q
			(128.167.1.5).  Each gateway should be down for 
			approximately five minutes while the upgrade is 
			performed.  We apologize for any inconvenience that
			this may cause.
