[ut.nets.reports] Problems related to Proteon memory upgrades

12/16/90		Our attempts at upgrading the memory in several
			of our routers caused a lot of fluctuation on 
8:30-10:00am		SURAnet.  The problems are resolved now and the 
			network seems stable.  We apologize for any 
			inconvenience this may have caused.
