6-Mar 19:14 UTC. We have been experiencing approximately 5% packet loss and numerous CRC errors on the link between our CAnet node in Toronto and NSFnet at Cornell in Ithaca. Therefore, we have scheduled INSINC to take this circuit down for testing on 7-Mar-91 from 05:00-06:00 UTC. During this outage, traffic to NSFnet will be routed through the link between Montreal and Princeton. Ray Parker, Network Operations Centre.
