Due to scheduled maintenance on the T3 backbone, the Ann Arbor T3 node will be unreachable from 19:15 - 20:15 EST on 03/12/91. All networks announced via the Ann Arbor T3 node should be reachable via the T1 backbone during this time. Anthony Philyaw / Merit / NOC
