[ut.nets.reports] CANet equipment move to UPS

Please ignore the previous message concerning the UPS move.
It did not contain UTC time.  

Some network and communications equipment at the University
of Toronto will be transferred to UPS power on April 10, 1991. 
The Toronto node will not be available to CANet between 11:00
and 12:00 UTC.
