On 06/25/91, ENSS 134 Boston had was actually unreachable during 05:50 - 06:17 EDT due to scheduled maintenance on the DS3 into the site. All networks announced via this T3 node were reachable via the T1 backbone during this time. Steven J. Richardson Merit Network Operations Center
