A while back, there was a discussion here about persistent objects in 
CLOS.  I didn't follow the details then, but now I want to look them 
up.  Is there an archive of old article to this group anywhere?

tut.cis.ohio-state.edu:~ftp/pub/lispusers/commonloops has all the
archives of CommonLoops since I took it over in Nov. They're of the form
mmmyy.archive.Z, as in feb91.archive.Z. Note that they're
compressed. UUCP access is also available, ping me for details.
