[comp.lang.clos] Lisp and Frames in C++

     Does somebody know if there exists a development tool based
     on C or C++ and allowing:

          - frames, classes, meta-classes, methods...
          - slots, facets, relations...
          - multiple inheritance;
          - dinamic creation of instances and classes
          - rules
          - intepreter for a functional or procedural language (like Lisp or C)

    I'm looking for a whole commercial tool or for little pubblic domain and
    shareware packages.
