[comp.graphics.visualization] Points and Edges and Facets and Stuff

jhanks@hubcap.clemson.edu (Jim Hanks) (11/08/90)

I am involved in a project to implement a 3D object viewer. It is coming
along well, but we need objects! If anyone has any information regarding
geometrical descriptions of ANYTHING, please contact me. This might
include man-made objects such as cars, planes, computers, etc. or might
include natural objects such as gemstones, animals, skulls, faces, maps, etc.
Any format and any coordinate system is welcome. We already have some
simple stuff working (cubes, z=f(x,y) functions, simple house) but a
real application would certainly help us out. Thanks in advance. Mail to
jhanks@hubcap.clemson.edu. I'll post a summary if there is any interest.
