I was wondering if any one out their could tell me who invented the 'MOUSE' ? I seem to remember it being Doug Engelbart (Stanford Uni),but am unsure. I could do with the info (and any other Mouse trivia) as soon as possible. I have a THESIS write ! Peter Faraday University of Manchester

Douglas Engelbart, the Stanford Research Center's now defunct Augmentation Research Center (ARC), about 1964. See his paper in The History of Personal Workstations Conference, ed. Adele Goldberg.
