[comp.windows.ms.programmer] WM_WININICHANGE question

OK, here is a simple question that I am having a hard time
figuring out.  I have a simple app to do a GETPROFILE from the
WIN.INI.  It is looking for a change in the country settings
section.

The problem:  The app will update the display on a WM_PAINT, but
if I stick a WM_WINININCHANGE about that, it does not make the 
change after I use the control panel to change the country.

Any ideas?
