[comp.windows.ms.programmer] Open letter to Microsoft, really: TURBO-C++ SDK -- WHEN?

In a recent article...

Does anyone have any additional information on the above Borland C++ toolkit
to replace the Win3 SDK? And when will Turbo-C++ support Windows code
development (Win3 wrappers)?

These questions may have been already answered previously, but I don't
regularly read this newsgroup. Any forwarded information would be greatly
appreciated.
