I have just installed the MS C SDK for windows and alas have a problem. ...I can't link to 'libw.lib'. I thought it was a simple problem initially but it appears that the there are problems with the file. Has anyone had this problem - if not I'd greatly appreciate a copy of an 'ok' version. I could go through Microsoft but I'd hate to guess how long that would take. Any help appreciated. John O'Reilly, Email to : oreillyj@ul.ie

The banner should read "Segment Executable Linker 5.10" or some such. You might be using an old linker that came with your DOS. Joel Spolsky spolsky@cs.yale.edu Silence = Death
