Is the new edition (the one that covers Windows 3 too) of
"Programming Windows" by Charles Petzold already out ? I ha-
ven't been able to find it over here in Finland. If it is,
any ideas where I could mail order it ? Directly from Micro-
soft Press maybe ?

At least 3 copies have been sold in Atlanta, GA, USA. Oxford Bookstore (our local "if it is not stocked elsewhere" bookstore) has them. Other stores in town report that their distributors have just or are about to receive them.
