[comp.windows.ms.programmer] Metafiles and Bitmaps

Hi there,

	Does anybody know any commercial paint programs that will save/export
	graphics in bitmap files (.BMP) or metafile format (.MET) ?
	I am writing an application in Windows and Presentation manager (OS/2)
	that will manipulate a lot of graphic images and IconEditor or windows 
	paintbrush cannot hack it.
