Does anyone know how to get the documents that MS annouced in November 1990 about the internal coding structures for Windows 3.0. This is from the January 7, 1991 Info World page 16 in the article "Windows 3.0 Leads Way to Single Platform" by Stuart J. Johnston. " Microsoft widened the window last November, announcing it was releasing documentation on Windows' internal coding structures and adding new APIs to let independent software vendors write languages and tools that do not require the Windows SDK."
