[comp.windows.ms.programmer] How can I tell if a font is a "default" Windows font?

nxh@meaddata.com (Nobuya "Higgy" Higashiyama) (02/18/91)

My application enums through the font list to determine what fonts are
available. My intention is to pick up a list of fonts that are "default"
Windows fonts. Unfortunately I'm also picking up fonts that have been
installed temporarily by another Windows app. For example, if I start up
Microsoft Clock before starting up my app, font list shows DIGITAL font.

Is there a way for me to tell if a particular font is a Windows default font or
installed by another app? Thanks in advance!
