[comp.windows.ms.programmer] How to call a function in a TSR from a WIN3 aplication

chris@alderan.uucp (Christoph Splittgerber) (02/20/91)

Hallo world !

How to call a function in a TSR-programm from a windows aplication
when windows is running in 386-enhanced mode.
The TSR is actually a device driver (adaptec's aspi) which supports
windows 3.
My problem is that I can not call the function via an INT. All I have
is the functions entry-point, offset and segment address (yes, the
segment address not the segment selector).
Is there a mechanism to call such a function ?
I was looking through the WIN3 manuals but could not find a hint :-(.

Thanks in advance, Chris

PS: I can't read c.w.ms and c.w.ms.prog. at this host at the moment,
so I redirected followups to poster.
