At least that's better than Borland C++.  Except for the Whitewater
toolkit and Turbo Debugger manuals, there's maybe a dozen pages of
Windows-specific programming documentation.  Of course, there's the
Petzold book (free with the Commerical version, but not with the
upgrade version), but that's a tutorial, not a reference.
Fortunately, Microsoft Press has started selling some SDK
documentation separately.  I've got the Windows Programmer'Reference
($40), which is absolutely essential, since it documents all the
library functions, file formats, messages, etc.  If I ever get through
Petzold and still feel unsatisfied, I'll probably spend another $30
for Windows Guide to Programming.  There's also Windows Programming
Tools, but that only documents programs Borland doesn't provide
(though they may distribute the help compiler eventually).

All of which will hardly satisfy a Pascal programmer, being very
C-oriented.  But it's better than nothing.
