qst de ad7i hr arrl bulletin nr 41 from arrl headquarters newington ct may 7, 1982 to all radio amateurs bt the houston amateur radio club will operate w5dpa during the 33rd international engineering and science fair, may 10 tyrough 15. the fair will be attended by 7th through 12th grade students from all 50 states and several foreign countries. w5dpa will handle phone patch and formal traffic for the students, as well as acting as a special events station. suggested frequencies are 28600, 21400, 14295, 7260 and 3900 khz. cw operation will be near the middle of the novice bands ar
