Is anybody using Turbo Pascal for Windows? I get a lot of general exceptions when I try to use the included Turbo debugger. Typically, it happens like this: a) Fire up debugger b) Set one break point c) Run program d) Get general exception which happens to be right at the breakpoint. e) Stare at it for 5 minutes until I believe the debugger is mistaken. f) Single step, inspect variables, F9, etc. with no other problems. I thought maybe it was because I was running in Standard mode with the BCC protected-mode kernel loaded, but I rebooted without the BCC stuff and ran in enhanced mode and got similar problems. I've never yet gotten an exception running it without the debugger. Anybody seen any problems like this? Ron Burk uunet!seaeast.wa.com!burklabs!ronb
