[comp.windows.ms.programmer] Loading icons in TPW

I am looking for some example Turbo Pascal (ObjectWindows) code that
loads and displays icons, much like Program Manager is capable of doing.
Eventually, I would like to be able to reproduce, in one way OS/2's
Presentation Manager menu-like structure.
