I have a general and a specific question on related subjects. The Windows app that I am developing occasionally causes the debugging kernel to generate a "Local heap is NOT busy." error. For my specific question, can anyone give me any insight into what sort of mistakes I have made to cause this. More generally, is there a source of information on just what the debugging kernel means? I have the list of errors from one of the printed docs. While some of the errors are obvious (window handle not valid) some are not. Since this problem does not affect the application when not running the debugging kernel, my users have not seen it. This gives me a very bad feeling. BTW, I seem to remember something about an AUX driver that provides some means for responding to the Abort, Break, Ignore prompt. Can someone who knows what I am talking about (wouldn't that be amazing) give me a pointer?
