I would like to place a Microsoft Windows front-end (new user-interface)
on a non-windows DOS application.  I would like to start the DOS program from
within the windows application and have it start in a hidden window.  Then the
windows application provide keyboard input to the hidden DOS application and
extracting screen output from the dos application present it in the windows app.

I've started looking at the Visual Basic program.  It can run a DOS program in a window
using its shell command.  I that as far as it seems to go.

Can this be done with the SDK or Newwave program from HP?   Is this possible?
