Can someone help me find an ftp sites which has listings from Microsoft Journal? Simtel has some of the older MSJ files, but I am looking more recent ones. In particular, I am looking for the one which had TTY - a simple example of a communications program for Windows. Thanks, Joon Song joonsong@ocf.berkeley.edu

My copy of the MSJ says: All our source code listings can be found on Microsoft(R) OnLine, CompuServe(R), Genie(TM), and two public access bulletin boards: RamNet (212)889-6438 1200/2400 bps. Channel1 (617) 354-8873 1200/2400/9600 bps. Look for the MSJ directory. Communications parameters for public access bulletin boards: word length 8, 1 stop bit, full duplex, no parity. CompuServe access: type GO MSL-1: Scan for files with keywords (for example, MSJ) Back copies of MSJ can be found in the Information Access Company Computer Database Plus on CompuServe. Hope this helps. -- Laurie [I have *nothing* to do with MSJ.]
