All licensed amateur radio operators employed by or retired from
Western Electric Co., Bell Laboratories, AT&T Co., AT&T Long Lines,
and Bell Operating Companies are eligible to participate.
To encourage novice and technician participation the first hour
(Sessions 1A and 4A) of each CW session is reserved for contacting
novice and technician stations only. All licensed operators may
participate in this period, but one end of the contact must be either
a novice or technician.
