I am considering purchasing Blaise Computing's Win++ Class Library
interface for MS Windows. It has a list price of $249 ($219 from
Programmer's Shop) and includes source code, support for DLL's, and 90+
classes including some non-windows classes. The Win++ Class Hierarchy
Chart shows that all of the classes are derived from the BCObject class.
All classes have a BC prefix so naming conflicts are avoided.
This library is a repackaging of the JT Software (?) Class Library for
Zortech C++. The Blaise Computing library only supports Borland C++.
Has anyone had any experience with either of these Class Libraries ?
In reviews of other similiar Class libraries, reviewers have been
critical of of Class Hierarchies derived from a single base class.
Why is this a problem ?
Thanks
