INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA
======================

INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA is a quarterly journal for those needing access to
unambiguous, understandable information about developments in the field of
multimedia.

It is aimed in particular at teachers and researchers in Science,
Technology and the Humanities, providing up-to-date, carefully sifted
information about what will no doubt be a revolution in the application of
computers over the next five to ten years: the combined use of text, images
and sound.

It covers all aspects of this field, from creating and using multimedia
applications to technical details about hardware, from news to informed
discussions about future standards and quality. It is not restricted to any
one type of personal computer.

Its approach is serious without being either dry or solemn, and includes
landmark articles by major figures from both academia and industry,
authoritative opinion and world-wide expertise, all presented in plain
English.

The international editorial board includes representatives from all the major
multimedia delivery platforms, as well as senior academics from a wide range
of disciplines in the UK, Europe and the USA.
