[comp.windows.open-look] f11/f12 mapping - how to do it?

Hi All,

There was a discussion relatively recently on the problems of mapping
F11 and F12 in an xterm under OpenLook 2.0, whereas there was no
problem using MIT X11R4 server.  Something to do with the code for F11,
F12 being the same as that of L1, L2.  All have successfully mapped
F1-10, but to access F11, F12, I currently need to use L1, L2, which
can be a pain.

Was the conclusion of the discussion such that it was not possible
to use F11, F12, or does some kind soul out there know how it can
be done?

Any help will be most appreciated.
