[comp.windows.open-look] OLIT: Documentation

I am using a version of the OLIT documentation with the following scribbles on
its title page:

    Part Number: 800-5100-10
    Revision A, of 11 June 1990

Is this the latest version? Is there a more complete version? Is there a
version with some useful explanations?
