[comp.windows.open-look] snapshot.rs -> *.icon

	        Hi, I try tp convert a file from snapshot to a icon file

by using the command rasttopbm snapshot.rs | pbmtoicon > icon, then

I try to edit the icon by iconedit.  It just load up a white screen

every time.  Also, when I try to run the xbm file from X11 under

iconedit, it give me a segmentaion fault.  Can someone please

show me what I did wrong.  Any suggestion will be appreciated.
