Does xterm give one the ability to perform window actions via
control sequences similar to shelltool?
Some actions that shelltool allows me to perform are:
open the current window
close the current window
tell one that the window is open
move a window to an x/y, or row/column size or put user into an interactive
mode of resizing.
resize a window to an xy position or put user into an interactive
mode of moving.
move windows to the front, back or refresh the windows
tell one the label associated with an icon?
tell one the label associated with an window's title bar?
tell one the position and size (row/column or x/y) of a window?
tell one if the window is open or closed.
set the window's title/label
set the icon label
set the icon picture
Can these same items, or perhaps even more, be done in xterm?
