I have been running olvwm for a couple weeks and notice many defunct processes. They seem to come from any application I quit. I'm using PATCHLEVEL 0. Is this a known problem and is there a fix? --- --- Jeffrey Skelton | AT&Tnet: +1 (908) 870-7634 AT&T Bell Laboratories | Internet: Jeff.Skelton@att.com 185 Monmouth Pkwy | UUCP: {...att}!epic!jupiter!jss West Long Branch, NJ 07764 | ATTMAIL: attmail!jskelton --- ---

My teeny little complaint about olvwm has to do with 'inheritance' of stickiness. When an application creates new base windows after the sticky bit has been set, the new windows are *not* sticky, and I think they should be. The particular case that effects me is mailtool. This mail interface puts up a new base window for displaying the mail, and another for each item of mail I am composing. If I make mailtool sticky before displaying any mail, the display window is NOT sticky, and the compose windows are NEVER sticky. Could this be 'fixed'? -- --------------- uunet!tdatirv!sarima (Stanley Friesen)
