I'm not sure this is a bldfamily problem, but maybe someone has seen this before: I'm trying to get xtex to run under openwins, and I can't get the xtex fonts built. I got the bdf fonts from the xtex site and ran their script to get .fb fonts. So far so good. But when I run bldfamily, all the .fb fonts get converted to fonts with a ..ff extexsion. I've gone through this twice now with the same result, and tried renaming the ..ff fonts to .ff and fixing the Families file in $OPENWINHOME/lib/fonts but all to no avail. Has anyone out there seen this? Can anyone help? Are fonts really a goverment plot to enslave the populace?
