[comp.windows.open-look] xview2 build question

I Have a xview build question:

I retrieved xview2 from export.lcs.mit.edu and starting compiling it.
When i got to making the font directory it starting looking for

    fonts/bdftosnf/bdftosnf 
	and 
    fonts/mkfontdir/mkdfontdir

The font/{bdftosnf,mkfontdir} directories are not even in the source
tree though. Are they really supposed to be there? If not is there a
place i can get them via ftp?. thanks
